This “lip” balm is supposed to be a multi-use balm that can be used not only on the lips but also your elbows and cuticles!! It’s in a small packaging so I was kinda stingy with using it on my elbows. But I did use in on my lips and cuticles, and I have to say it’s awesome!! It’s very thick and ultra hydrating!!
